Cherished Feet traveled to Ebbitts Street located in the New Dorp community of Staten Island. The area was still without electricity and heat. Families and small children came together to clean up the mess caused when Hurricane Sandy hit the region three weeks ago. Cherished Feet brought in a pop-up shoe store filled with brand new shoes of all sizes for men, women and children to choose from. Everyone who received shoes were very grateful that a group of young women spent their Saturday traveling to their community to lend a helping hand.
