Cherished Feet distributes shoes to homeless men and women for Thanksgiving

December 4, 2013

Cherished Feet spent time distributing shoes to homeless men and women during Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving Eve, Cherished Feet returned to the NYC Rescue Mission in the Lower East Side to distribute shoes and provide hope for the men at the shelter. On Thanksgiving Day, Cherished Feet travelled to Jamaica Queens to visit the women at the Women with a Cause Housing at Roy Wilkins Park Community Center. The women and men were thrilled to see a variety of shoes in their sizes to choose from. It was fun and rewarding to see the smiles on the residents' faces as they try on and receive their new pair of shoes.

Cherished Feet distributes shoes to the women at Henry Street Settlement

In August 2013, Cherished Feet distributed shoes to the women residing at the Henry Street Settlement in Lower Manhattan. The women were extremely excited as they shopped through our shoe selection. The residents and staff were so thrilled of their new shoes that they wanted to know when Cherished Feet will return to the shelter.

Cherished Feet Returns to El Salvador

November 19, 2013

Cherished Feet has been busy during the summer with shoe distribution in three different areas in the Americas. In June, Cherished Feet did an international trip to El Salvador and returned to Aldea San Antonio Orphanage in San Miguel to distribute shoes to the babies and children. The orphans and staff were thrilled that Cherished Feet returned.

Cherished Feet Distributes Shoes to Mothers and Children in NYC

Cherished Feet team returned to the Mother and Child Program at Covenant House on June 19th to distribute shoes to the mothers and children present. The staff and residents were thrilled to see Cherished Feet return to help the women and their children.

Cherished Feet Distribution in Los Angeles - House of Hope
